With today’s busy and hectic schedules, it is always helpful to take some time to reflect on what else we can be doing to positively impact the lives of the people around us.
This engaging and insightful presentation will remind us of simple ways we can incorporate Jesuit and Mercy values into our everyday lives.

Attendees will leave with actionable insights and the motivation to pursue a career path that aligns with their evolving goals and values.

B. Chair Yoga for Beginners

This gentle, beginner-friendly chair yoga session will guide participants through seated and standing poses using a chair for support. We will focus on improving flexibility, balance and relaxation. Perfect for all levels, especially those new to yoga or with limited mobility. No special clothing or equipment required — just bring with you a willingness to move and breathe.
C. A Way to Pray

Taking a few minutes every day for prayer is important to our spiritual, physical and emotional well being. You'll learn simple tips for putting prayer into your daily schedule.

Life After Athletics

A panel of athletic alumni will share their stories on how they adjusted after graduation, when athletics no longer played a central role in their lives. This is a great opportunity for our current student-athletes and young alumni to come together and learn what can come next for them.
